Please be aware that we take the on-demand production business mode and mass production is under sales-contract only. Actually the delivery time depends both on the R&D period and your order quantity. We promise to deliver the goods as soon as the mass production is accomplished. Then you would receive your order within 3~5 working days via DHL or UPS Express as officially promises. Other express services are also available at your request.

Yes, we have a quality policy and guidelines. Ecmovo,Ltd. is committed to quality by strictly complying to ISO/TS 16949 in process from design to delivery. Each Ecmovo employee is personally responsible for the quality of his or her work and is empowered to initiate action to ensure both quality and continuous improvement within the company.

1. Every Ecmovo actuator is confirmed to get pass a full function OQC test and finish full function at HALT test before leaving the factory.

2. Every Ecmovo actuator is under 2 years full warranty. Please carefully inspect the products within 3 Working-Days from the day of receipt, otherwise overdue request will not be covered in warranty.

3. If the exterior-package is broken or parcel is short in quantity when arrived , please apply for compensation from express company.

4. If your received products are broken or damaged or short of quantity when you inspect, please contact with our sales right away.
